Mindfulness for Families
Experience mindfulness through mindful play. Paired activities for parents and children aged up to 12 years old

Parenting Teens with Heartfulness
Emotional resilience for parents. Daily mindfulness to survive parenting adolescents

Everyday Mindfulness 
Sustaining and deepening mindfulness training for existing practitioners to remain committed and inspired
