 Learning how to navigate life with greater self-awareness, calm & resilience.
Designing your own and cultivating an achievable mindfulness practice. Participants of this workshop are already familiar with mindfulness and are ready to be coached to commit to a regular mind training in their daily lives or deepen their personal practice.
