Mindfulness for Families

Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to lower stress levels, increase emotional regulation, as well as develop focus and concentration, for both adults and children.
At this non-religious workshop, Zerlina Sim and Mallika Kripalani share strategies to help parents incorporate mindfulness into the daily lives of their family. This is an interactive session for parents and their child to attend together.
