Mindfulness for Families Workshop

Join us for this three-hour interactive session where parents will connect with their child through fun and engaging mindfulness activities. Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to lower stress levels, increase emotional regulation, as well as develop focus and concentration, for both adults and children.
At this non-religious workshop, we share strategies to help parents incorporate mindfulness into the daily lives of their family.
